Let's get started! You’re new to the Pilates world and we’re so glad you’re here. This class uses the unique spring resistance system of the Pilates reformer and will challenge you in the most amazing way! This class will teach you the ropes, guiding you through Reformer Fundamentals and ensuring a deep understanding of body awareness and alignment. While it is a wonderful starting place for beginners, it’s also a great refresher for even the most experienced mover. Grounding yourself back to the Basics will delve you deeper into discovering greater connection, increased precision and control and a whole new world of intensity!

The OG Reformer class! Experience a faster-paced, full body workout that will challenge you from your toes up! Incorporating strength, balance, mobility and coordination, this class hits it all! Done solely on the reformer and building upon the Essential Pilates framework, the body will be consistently challenged through progressions, prop introductions and innovative movement patterns. With a little sugar and a whole lot of spice, you’re sure to feel rejuvenated, invigorated and blissful!

When Reformer meets cardio, it’s a spicy love connection! Pilates Jumpboard classes utilize the reformer with an attached Jumpboard at the end, launching you through high intensity, aerobic movements. This high energy workout is extremely low impact, while also building increased bone density, so your joints and body get the best of both worlds! You will be worked from head- to- toe, strengthening, toning and sculpting the legs, glutes, and core, while increasing your heart rate and leaving you feeling accomplished beyond belief!

Let's build the Basics together! This Mat Pilates class will set you up for continued success and work you straight to the core. Built around the key Pilates Principles of Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centre, Coordination and Flow, your body will gain strength, stability, mobility and flexibility, all while improving posture and building a solid foundation to better support you through life!

Roll out your Mat and get ready to flow through our Signature Mat Pilates class! Each class will train the body as a "whole', bringing greater overall balance and a full body challenge. You will strengthen your “powerhouse” (abdominals, lower back, hips, glutes and pelvic floor), mobilize your spine and improve posture, flexibility, stability and balance. We promise you will finish your session feeling stronger, longer and more vital.

Get ready to embrace the SHAKE because she's a SPICY one!! Barre is a fun, energetic, full body workout that blends movements of dance and Pilates. This low-impact, high- intensity method, incorporates a well-balanced fusion of both full range and isometric movements, sculpting and toning the upper body, lower body and core with rep after rep of muscle burning flows! Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility and we promise you'll be coming back for more!
